Hell. That fiery and fearful place in our collective imagination and personal subconscious.Dante Alighieri described it, Hieronymus Bosch illustrated it, and Medieval artists went to town depicting the damned being damned. Suddenly and unexpectedly, Matthew Harris came along and made a cartoon rendition in the shape of an epic acrylic painting entitled Doomscroll that we are displaying at Melbourne Art Fair.
